So What is a Lutheran Christian?

A Lutheran Christian is a Christian who believes that our salvation in Christ is:

By Christ Alone- Only Jesus saves humanity from the consequences of our sin.

By Faith Alone- We believe that Jesus saves us through no effort or works of our own. Humans can't earn themselves saved by doing good works or earning brownie points.

By Scripture Alone- The Bible is the inspired word of God, given to human authors by the power of the Holy Spirit. It is the norm and standard for Christian living.
